At Elaiya, we want your drinks to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about our delivery process.
Delivery within Switzerland
We deliver to all addresses within Switzerland. Once your order is placed and confirmed, we aim to dispatch it within 1-2 business days.
- Standard delivery: 2-5 business days
- Delivery days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched
Shipping costs
- Standard shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
- Free shipping: Available on qualifying orders - check at checkout for current threshold
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery in real time.
Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@elaiya.ch with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will resolve the issue promptly.
